You will service, repair, and install across residential and light commercial settings while driving sales through accurate estimates and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years prior background as a Technician in the HVAC industry with Sales experience.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and technical competence.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Availability nights and weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Sell while servicing; create estimates and convert to sales in Service Titan mobile app.
• Always maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wear floor savers in the client’s home and keep the company vehicle clean.
