You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, deliver exceptional service, and help establish our company culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Applicable HVAC certifications; NATE preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide accurate recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Explain technical issues clearly to homeowners and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, workmanship, and customer care.
• Help recruit, train, and mentor new HVAC technicians.
• Partner with ownership to identify opportunities to improve the business.
• Lead and develop the service team as the company grows.
