Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC Master License preferred and 5+ years field experience.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• EPA Universal 608 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems per standards.
• Observe safety procedures and uphold safety with team.
• Plan, schedule, and manage time with supervisor.
• Complete service jobs and PM inspections professionally.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate progress to customers and managers.
• Report status to customers using company software.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Be available for On-Call rotation with potential overtime or weekends.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and associated equipment on site.
• Assist with proposals and coordination of outside contractor work.
