Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, repair, and maintain base building and critical system machinery at our Malvern, PA site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of relevant experience, EPA universal license, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. On-site work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and/or HVAC preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, repair, and installation of base building and critical system equipment.
• Checks malfunctioning equipment and determines corrective actions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on pumps, boilers, chillers, AHU/FCU/RTU and related systems.
• Orders parts, maintains inventory, and ensures safe storage of materials.
