Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. This onsite role requires willingness to travel between facilities and to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Energy Management Controls Systems.
• 3–5 years field experience servicing HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret blueprints, schematics and written instructions.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains HVAC equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics.
• Tests gas leaks and monitors boiler operation.
• Maintains boiler and equipment maintenance logs.
• Responds to emergency calls after hours.
• Frequent travel between facilities required.
