Job summary

TP Mechanical is seeking a Service Technician to perform daily service work on HVAC heating, cooling, boiler, chiller and refrigeration systems. The role requires reading blueprints, clear communication, and professional representation of TP Mechanical Contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration, with HVAC licenses (KY regions) and EPA/universal certification. Valid driver’s license and own basic hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• HVAC licenses for KY Regions only.
• EPA or Universal License.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day allocation of labor to ensure jobs are taken care of in a timely, complete, and profitable manner.
• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC, hydronic, piping and control problems.
• Follows up with customers for quality assurance purposes and ensures customers are 100% satisfied.
• Acts as the senior technical support for other Service Techs.
• Attend, if needed, all job site and office meetings related to assigned projects.
• Dependable and able to work in emergency situations when called.
• All other duties as assigned.
