PRIDE Industries is seeking an HVAC Tech II to perform skilled maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC/R equipment at customer sites. The role involves handling furnaces, chillers, boilers, and control systems with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
The position is onsite with frequent travel between facilities. Requires 3–5 years of field HVAC experience, EPA certification options, and the ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Under general supervision, The HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) II technician performs skilled technical work in the maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation of HVAC/R equipment to include: furnaces, chillers, heat pumps, package units, split systems, controls and distribution systems, and tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing boilers, power plants, and stationary engines.

Work is performed at a customer’s location in office, shop, warehouse, or outdoor environment. May require driving to and from worksite locations. Equipment can be located in crawl spaces, rooftops, and outside facility. Employees may be exposed to hazardous and/or toxic substances, electrical shock, noise from equipment, and depending on external weather conditions, wind, rain, cold, and heat.
