Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years HVAC operation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Experience with HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot equipment for safe operation and lifecycle performance.
• Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearings, etc.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance and detect malfunctions.
• Discuss system issues with customers to isolate problems or verify corrections.
• Record faults and time/materials expended on work orders.
• Install thermostats, humidistats, and timers; connect pipes and equipment.
• Assemble, position, and mount heating or cooling equipment per blueprints.
• Assist with other work with repair and maintenance teams.
