M.C. Dean is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems for mission-critical facilities. This role requires operating and monitoring BAS, inspecting equipment, and maintaining logs to ensure reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with complex HVAC systems and equipment including chillers, boilers, and VAV systems.
• Proficient in testing and monitoring building operating systems.
• Experience with building automation systems and critical facility environments.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and performance of HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and maintain engineering systems and equipment; keep logs.
• Operate and monitor building automation systems (BAS).
• Record faults, respond to emergencies and protect occupants.
• Mentor less experienced HVAC Technicians and support site-critical operations.
