The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HVAC service, strong problem-solving and communication skills, proficiency with split and VRV systems, and a willingness to train junior technicians and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a two-year technical degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of HVAC service and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with HVAC unitary skills including split systems, mini-splits, VRV/heat pumps, RTUs, WSHPs, self-contained systems, and CRAC units.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC chillers, airside equipment, pumps, piping, and controls.
• Relevant professional licenses and certifications in HVAC service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system performance through observation, testing, and setup tailored to equipment and project requirements.
• Disassemble and reassemble commercial and residential HVAC equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Complete service contracts, quoted projects, and on-demand service calls while maintaining customer relationships and clear communication.
• Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation, purchase materials, and maintain equipment and inventory on service vehicles.
