Qualifications

• EPA 608 (Type II) certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC repair and installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train teammates on HVAC procedures and common field issues.
• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems per specs.
• Perform routine maintenance to improve reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Document findings, parts, and recommendations in service software.
• Explain issues and options clearly to customers and educate on proper operation.
