Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Successful release of at least two product families.
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of HVAC product families.
• Manage end-to-end NPD projects and track timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Interface with regulatory testing agencies to maintain compliance.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales teams.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA to improve processes.
