Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned leader to guide a Systems Engineering team responsible for hardware, software, and network-level commissioning on major and branch projects. You will ensure compliance with regulations while delivering high customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions.

You will oversee processes, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Eight years minimum in the Construction or Controls Industry, with solid understanding of Controls Engineering and Building Automation Systems.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a technical/engineering group with progressive responsibility in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a dedicated Systems Engineering team to execute hardware, software, and network-level commissioning for Major and Branch Projects.
• Develop and implement practices and processes to ensure cost-effective engineering solutions and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as Area expert in application engineering and collaborate with Major Projects and Branch teams to meet project goals.
• Oversee workload, schedule, and delivery of engineering deliverables across the team.
• Develop team processes, standards, and cost estimates; mentor direct reports and plan career development.
