Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of eight years HVAC programming/controls experience if no degree.
• Experience with Johnson Controls systems is preferred.
• HVAC industry experience and programming controls.
• Supervision experience of technical/engineering teams is required.
• Five years of progressive responsibility in construction is expected.
• Demonstrated expertise across core engineering competencies and cost awareness.
• Strong written and oral communication of technical material.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of engineers for hardware/software and network-level commissioning.
• Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal requirements and ethics.
• Develops cost-effective engineering processes ensuring delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Acts as an expert in application engineering and coordinates with Major Projects teams.
• Leads and mentors engineers, manages workload, and ensures timely deliverables.
