Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician III to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftops, chillers, and boilers. You will lead rebuilds and mentor junior techs while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role involves现场 travel, training participation, and ongoing certification maintenance, with a focus on delivering reliable service and clear communication to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; HVAC certificate or equivalent.
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification required; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Lead rebuilds and retrofits of HVAC equipment under supervision.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks; analyze chiller trend data.
• Record and report billing, inventory, and timecards; communicate status to customers.
