Zusammenfassung

Daikin Applied seeks a Service Technician III to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftops, chillers, boilers, and water source systems. You will supervise Levels I and II, lead retrofit projects, and communicate with customers about service status.

Requirements include 5+ years of related experience or 7+ with a strong HVAC background, a high school diploma or GED, and an HVAC certificate.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ related experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as required
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification required, as necessary

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment including logging machines, cleaning coils, replacing filters and belts and proper lubrication
• Repair and replacement of defective equipment or wiring related to fan coils, chillers, AHUs, rooftops and boilers
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks
• Analyze chiller trend data to ensure optimal performance
• Lead rebuilds and retrofits of commercial HVAC equipment and mentor Level I/II technicians
