Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment and log service data.
• Repair and replace defective components and wiring.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and analyze chiller trends.
• Lead rebuilds and mentor Level I/II technicians.
• Document billing, inventory, and timecard data.
• Communicate status to customers during service visits.
