Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking an HVAC Service Technician III to service commercial/industrial equipment across Denver, CO area. The role includes maintenance, diagnostics, and continuous improvement with training provided.

You will mentor junior technicians and lead rebuilds while ensuring safety policies and clean work areas are followed. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Associate degree or HVAC certification preferred.
• Licenses as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/repair commercial HVAC equipment including coils, belts, filters, and lubrication.
• Repair wiring/components for fan coils, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, rooftops, towers.
• Analyze trends to optimize performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Lead Level I/II technicians with hands-on demonstrations of rebuild steps.
• Document billing, inventory, timecards, and reports promptly.
