Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Tempe, AZ is seeking a skilled Service Technician III to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment, read wiring diagrams, and deliver quality customer care.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications required.
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure accurate status reports.
• Promote products and services to customers and generate replacement sales leads.
• Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are properly maintained and accounted for.
