Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Service Technician II to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote products and services during service visits.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, a focus on safety, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and EPA safety certifications are needed; on-call shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or HVAC certification or related field.
• 2 to 5 years HVAC experience with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.

Education

Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field

2 to 5 years’ HVAC experience with technical training certification

EPA and safety certifications

Valid driver’s license
