Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a qualified Service Technician IV to perform residential and light commercial service, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and mentor less experienced colleagues. A candidate should have 6+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours in various environments.

You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and communicate with dispatch while upholding company

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• Must have all required licensing/certifications for the applicable area.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete forms, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status and availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services as appropriate.
