Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician in San Diego, CA. This direct hire, full-time role requires 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and oversee startups and commissioning of systems. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with startups and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems.
• VRF/VRV certification preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work on commercial systems.
• Complete equipment startups and commissioning activities.
• Service and maintain RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, heat pumps, chilled water and VAV systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards.

We are seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician with 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience to join a reputable and growing HVAC organization. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work on commercial systems
• Complete equipment startups and commissioning activities
• Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF/VRV systems, heat pumps, chilled water systems, and VAV systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

What We're Looking For
