Job summary

Jobot in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This is a field-based role for autonomous technicians.

You will diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and refrigeration issues on RTUs, Rooftop and packaged units, reading schematics as needed. EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Experience servicing RTUs, rooftop units, packaged units, and DX systems.
• Strong refrigeration and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Operate in the field, independently managing complex mechanical, electrical and refrigeration issues.
• Provide dependable service to keep building operations running.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair Commercial and Industrial HVAC Systems. This is a field-based Service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, diagnosing complex Mechanical, Electrical and Refrigeration issues, and servicing a variety of Commercial HVAC equipment.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service experience


• Strong HVAC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics experience


• Experience servicing RTUs, Rooftop Units, Packaged Units and DX Systems


• Strong Refrigeration and Electrical Troubleshooting skills


• Ability to read Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams


• EPA Universal Certification


• Valid Driver's License

NICE TO HAVE:
