Job summary

AMPAM Parks Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium-to-large HVAC service projects in California.

You will oversee project teams, manage financial performance at the project level, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and building codes, with a focus on safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing HVAC Service / owner direct projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($100k–$1M+).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of HVAC projects.
• Supervise project coordinators and assistants to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget per client requirements and standards.
• Lead regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
