About the Role

NAC Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our commercial HVAC service operations. This position provides leadership and oversight for a large service department of approximately 50 field technicians, working closely with the Service Superintendent and Team Leads to support day-to-day operations, technician development, customer satisfaction, and overall department performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands commercial HVAC service, is comfortable managing a large and fast-paced operation, and knows how to develop and support leaders within their team.

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.

• Help build a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
• Ensure service calls and customer needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, operations, and other departments to coordinate service activities.
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and complex service issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve department processes, efficiency, and overall service delivery.
• Promote and reinforce company safety expectations and procedures.
• Support the continued growth and success of the Service Department.
