Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF HVAC SALES EXPERIENCE.
• Proven success in selling residential heating and cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation requirements, and system options.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales leads.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
• Recommend HVAC equipment, system replacements, and upgrades.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Explain financing options, warranties, and available promotions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with our installation and office teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
