A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the residential HVAC sales team in New Jersey. You will coach, develop talent, and push the operation toward the next growth milestone as part of ARS-Rescue Rooter.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• 2-3 years in-home sales with proven success.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales results and identify improvements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the residential HVAC sales team to meet revenue goals and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Partner with branch and sales leadership to execute growth strategy.
• Own daily sales performance and accountability, using data to drive improvement.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and performance evaluations to strengthen skills.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train sales professionals.
• Lead sales meetings and ongoing training on customer communication and HVAC solutions.
• Review opportunities and guide solutions that fit homeowners' needs.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to installation.
