A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the residential HVAC sales team in New Jersey. You will coach, develop talent, and push the operation toward the next growth milestone as part of ARS-Rescue Rooter.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• 2-3 years in-home sales with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the residential HVAC sales team to meet revenue goals and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Partner with branch and sales leadership to execute growth strategy.
• Own daily sales performance and accountability, using data to drive improvement.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and performance evaluations to strengthen skills.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train sales professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of in-home sales experience, with demonstrated sales success.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals; previous sales leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, products, and replacement solutions.
• Ability to analyze sales results, identify performance gaps, and implement effective action plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
