A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to lead the residential HVAC sales team. You will report to the Branch Sales Manager and drive performance, coaching, training, and accountability to deliver results.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience required.
• 2–3+ years in-home sales with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC products and replacement solutions.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate sales professionals.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the HVAC sales team.
• Coach and train sales representatives to meet goals.
• Monitor performance and implement action plans.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching.
• Recruit, interview, onboarding, and training of new reps.
• Support sales meetings and product training.
• Present HVAC solutions based on home needs and customer requirements.
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, scheduling and daily departmental tasks.
