Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Executive for New Installation in the Charlotte, NC area. This role focuses on driving field sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong business partnerships to maximize sales performance within the territory.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory, with quarterly overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective opportunities for existing accounts and develop relationships to meet needs.
• Conduct business development activities for accounts and prospects within defined segments.
• Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses and negotiate with customers.
• Develop new customer contact leads for the sales team.
• Support and develop prospective projects with assigned customers and present to the sales team.
• Attend trade shows and present new products to increase visibility.
• Produce new customer relationships within the territory.
