Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory, with quarterly overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and prospects and develop relationships to understand customer needs and propose products/services.
• Conduct business development activities for existing accounts within defined segments.
• Identify bid opportunities and participate in bid responses and negotiations.
• Develop new customer contact leads for the sales team and support projects with prospective customers.
