Walmart is seeking an experienced HVAC/R technician to oversee installation, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across commercial refrigeration systems in our stores. You will lead field teams, mentor technicians, ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, and coordinate with store operations to minimize downtime.

This role requires hands-on skills with supermarket cold chain equipment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant handling certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtimes.
• Manages supermarket refrigeration units and rack systems for optimal performance.
• Coordinates service calls and supports field teams; participates in on-call rotation.
• Ensures OSHA and EPA compliance; documents workflows and maintenance logs.
