Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HVAC Technician for our Princeton, NJ site. The role involves maintaining building HVAC and laboratory systems, ensuring environmental controls meet strict specifications in a research/manufacturing setting.

The position requires an EPA refrigerant recovery license, a valid driver's license, and experience with building automation systems. This is a second shift, onsite role with comprehensive benefits and a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Universal Refrigerant Recovery License (EPA certification)
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in computer programs and systems for documentation and monitoring
• Physical ability to lift, bend, move, and work at heights to perform job tasks safely, including operation of required hand/power tools and test instrumentation
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and regulations related to HVAC, refrigeration and building mechanical systems
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including maintenance shops, plant facilities and outdoor settings in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, refrigeration equipment, and lab safety devices to meet client specs
• Maintain building automation systems with minimal supervision in a team environment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to prevent disruptions to operations
• Document tests, certifications and conditions in logs and CMMS records
