Walmart in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, HVAC/Refrigeration to lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex HVAC/R systems across commercial and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining HVAC/R systems including refrigeration units.
• Strong diagnostics for mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Ability to lead and mentor field teams with hands-on training.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA refrigerant handling and relevant codes.
• Proficiency in managing parts inventory and coordinating service workloads.

Responsabilités

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and refrigeration units.
• Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in commercial and industrial settings.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage refrigerant handling, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and HVAC/R codes.
• Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands-on training and evaluating skill development.
