Job summary

The role requires strong diagnostics, adherence to OSHA/EPA guidelines, and leadership of field teams. You will manage refrigerant handling, parts inventory, and vendor relationships while delivering hands-on training and supporting on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum HVAC/R experience in grocery or similar environment.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling required.
• Driver's license with clean record preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints or wiring diagrams helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
• Mentors Technicians and coordinates field teams; handles escalated issues.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA and EPA standards; manages parts and vendor relations.
