Qualifications

• HVAC/R system installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and refrigerant handling.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA codes and HVAC/R standards.
• Ability to mentor field teams and coordinate service calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units and control panels.
• Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Manage refrigerant handling, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and HVAC/R codes.
• Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands-on training and evaluating skill development.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, maintenance logs, and expense reports.
• Support on-call rotations to address urgent service needs promptly.
• Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service scheduling to meet business priorities.
