Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HVAC/R maintenance and repair experience, focused on commercial/industrial refrigeration.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations for HVAC/R.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• HVAC/R certification or equivalent.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment.
• On-call availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC/R systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R equipment and systems, and recommend solutions.
• Install and configure Building Automation Systems to optimize energy efficiency and system performance.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations compliance for HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering team to design and implement new HVAC/R systems and modifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff, promoting continuous learning.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, inspection, and repair work for future reference.
• Stay current with HVAC/R technologies and industry trends to improve systems and processes.
