Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in HVAC/R maintenance and repair, focused on commercial/industrial refrigeration.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and promote professional development.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC/R issues.
• Solid knowledge of safety and environmental regulations for HVAC/R equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid HVAC/R certification or equivalent qualification.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work on-call/as needed.
