Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex HVAC/R issues.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations for HVAC/R.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• HVAC/R certification or equivalent qualification.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.
• On-call availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC/R systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R equipment issues and propose solutions.
• Install and configure Building Automation Systems to improve energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement new HVAC/R systems.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of learning and improvement.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for future reference.
• Stay current with HVAC/R technologies and industry trends.
