Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 3-Industrial to repair, maintain and inspect advanced mechanical refrigeration systems across our facilities. You will diagnose, test and upgrade equipment while following safety guidelines and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA certifications, and strong blueprints/controls knowledge. Roles involve field work in retail and industrial environments with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II and III) required.
• All required safety certifications must be held.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and corrective service on refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Read blueprints and interpret electrical drawings for wiring layouts.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Mentor and train teammates; may supervise and bid jobs as needed.
