CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 3 Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial clients. You will guide junior technicians, document work, and ensure safe operation of equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license; a strong safety mindset is essential. Company offers competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic HVAC/R environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/tech classes preferred.
• Must have passed Tech Skills level 3 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial/industrial clients.
• Report to work on time as scheduled by supervisor.
• Repair equipment including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions; document work history.

Skills

HVAC/Refrigeration experience

EPA certification

Valid driver’s license

Good driving record

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
