Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and mentor junior technicians on safety and best practices.

Work across convenience stores, grocery sites, and food service environments, with emphasis on reliability, compliance, and high-quality service. Minimum 5+ years in HVAC/refrigeration and a valid EPA certificate required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent and relevant trade training.
• Tech Skills level5 with 80%+ required.
• Valid EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial/industrial clients.
• Lead junior technicians and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Report to supervisor and document work history.
