Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in HVAC/refrigeration, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid EPA certificate. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with tech school classes.
• TechSkills Level 2 with 80%+ and valid EPA certificate.
• 0–2 years in commercial HVAC, refrigeration or electrical.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair refrigeration systems for commercial/industrial clients.
• Repair/overhaul compressors, water pumps, air handlers and control devices.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Document work history and follow safety procedures.
