Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead branch delivery teams comprising Controls and Mechanical Installation.

You will forecast revenue, assign projects, and ensure engineering and installation resources are properly allocated while maintaining high safety and ethical standards. The role emphasizes building strong contractor and customer relationships, managing project risk, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent HVAC Industry experience.
• Minimum of seven or more years of progressively more responsible project leadership experience in the Building Construction Industry.
• High-level competence in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Branch delivery teams for Controls and Mechanical Installation. Align resources to projects and ensure safety and compliance.
• Forecast revenue, billings, collections and resource planning; assign projects and ensure engineering/installation resources.
• Develop contractor, customer, consultant and subcontractor relationships in the community.
