Johnson Controls in Atlanta is seeking an HVAC Branch Installation Manager to lead the Controls and Mechanical Installation delivery teams on branch projects.

You will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive performance against goals while building relationships with customers and subcontractors. This role emphasizes leadership, planning, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall execution and performance of assigned Controls and Mechanical Installation delivery teams.
• Ensures Branch goals and objectives are met and aligned with Senior Installation Manager’s priorities, including cash flow, backlog growth, and productivity improvements.
• Establishes goals and development plans for all direct reports; evaluates performance and salary management.
• Recruits Project Team Leaders, System Team Leaders, and Engineers with needed skills.
• Ensures estimating and engineering standards are utilized effectively.
• Follows up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution, providing leadership to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Supports annual strategic and financial operating planning.
