Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an HVAC Install Manager to lead branch delivery teams including Controls and Mechanical Installation. You will forecast revenue, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements while building relationships with contractors and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and a commitment to ethical operations across multiple sites with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible project leadership experience in building construction.
• High‑level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel based on geographical locations of assigned teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Branch delivery teams including Controls and Mechanical Installation.
• Forecast revenue, billings, collections and resource planning.
• Ensure safety standards and legal requirements are met.
• Develop contractor, customer, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Schedule installation projects and manage backlog and ship dates.
