Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive project leadership in Building Construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate across teams.
• HVAC industry experience or equivalent background is acceptable in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery teams for Controls, Equipment and Mechanical Installation.
• Assist management with revenue forecasting, billings, collections and resource planning.
• Ensure safety compliance and ethical standards across projects.
• Develop contractor, customer, consultant and subcontractor relationships in the community.
