Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a senior leader to manage Branch delivery teams across Controls, Equipment, and Mechanical Installation. You will forecast revenue, assist with billings and collections, and allocate engineering and installation resources to projects.

You will develop contractor and customer relationships, ensure safety program adherence, and mentor colleagues while aligning with strategic objectives and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven or more years of progressively responsible project leadership experience in Building Construction.
• High-level competence in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Branch delivery teams including Controls, Equipment and Mechanical Installation.
• Support revenue forecasting, billings, collections and resource planning.
• Ensure projects have appropriate engineering, commissioning and mechanical resources.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, federal and legal requirements and uphold safety standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Lead hiring and development plans for team members and review performance.
