Job summary

Allegiance Group, partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will cover Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City, delivering projects across apartment buildings, condominiums, commercial properties and large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC/mechanical construction.
• Experience as Project Manager or Senior PM.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC/mechanical projects from award through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement and delivery.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and oversee field operations.
