LONG Building Technologies, a leading HVAC contractor, seeks a Project Manager II to lead the full lifecycle of building automation projects in the Renton area, coordinating planning, procurement, scheduling and on-site oversight.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving under pressure, and mentoring of junior project managers; offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities in complex commercial installations.

Qualifications

4-year Construction Management degree preferred or equivalent.
Experience in temperature controls/HVAC project management.
PMP or other PM certification a plus.

Responsabilités

Gather and maintain equipment submittals and project documents.
Ensure project contract docs are up to date (scope, plans, specs).
Identify changes to scope, schedule, and costs; coordinate with Sales for corrective actions.
Monitor costs; explain variances and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project and share with stakeholders.
Direct engineering in submittals, installation drawings, procurement, and scheduling.
Mentor subordinate Project Managers and coordinate with teams to meet timelines.
Travel to inspect jobsites and client locations.
Support training of owner operating personnel.
